A: BMW multi tool keep update, now it update to V5.5. with BMW multi tool V5.5 that you can do: 1) repair the problem that to part of ISTAP version, when all secrets lost the older BMW multi tool cannot make new key. 2) Bug fix. After we possess the latest version, we'll upload on the website and tell what new function BMW multi tool adds.

Q: Does BMW multi tool support read and alter KM saved in CAS system?

A: BMW multi tool doesn't support change KM in instrument. If you wish to alter the KM display in instrument, you need to change KM in CAS system first. Then customize the KM in instrument by hand.

Q: Does BMW multi tool use original BMW remote controller?

A: yes, it may do.

Q: What immobilizer type and related function BMW multi tool support?

A: please consider the following picture.

1). OBD II: BMW Multi Tool connects to vehicle directly.

2). CAS PLUG: Connect CAN line by hand, support 12V. Detail method adopted in next page.

3). Support EEPROM dump: get EEPROM dump with programmer.
